Patient Experience Coordination

This position  involves conducting informative training sessions, promoting company efficiency, and improving the skills of all new and existing employees.


●Collaborate with management to identify employee training needs.

●Schedule appropriate training sessions.

●Oversee and direct individual training sessions.

●Plan and implement an effective training agenda.

●Prepare hard copy training materials such as worksheets, videos, and presentations.

●Train and guide new employees.

●Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities effectively according to training. 

●Clear out Open Dental login information

●Review and evaluate front desk coordinators, call center representatives, and billing specialists.

●Work on Open Dental projects assigned by the VP of Operations
