Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain templates on Teamwork for new projects. Create new projects as necessary and ensure timelines/deadlines/task assignments are congruent with project goals.
  • Check tasks on ongoing projects for completion. Follow up with tasks that are overdue or approaching the deadline.
  • Have oversight of task schedule; coordinate overlapping tasks for the correct order of completion.
  • Hold ongoing team meetings to discuss progress/challenges with meeting deadlines/budgets.
  • Give progress reports to upper management.
  • For new clinics, complete tasks as necessary. May include:
    • Setting up utility accounts
    • Ordering supplies and equipment
    • Attending walk-throughs onsite
    • Attending inspections onsite
    • Complete inventory organization onsite
    • Open Dental setup
    • Quoting and scheduling exterior signage/window wrapping
    • Obtaining and displaying all licenses, permits, certificates, etc.
