I recently got braces at this orthodontist office, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience so far. I was really nervous about getting braces because I’ve never loved how they look, but the ladies here have been so wonderful, informative, and incredibly kind. They made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. When I first got my braces on, they actually started cheering for me, which was so sweet and really helped take the edge off which made the whole experience feel a lot less scary. It’s little things like that that make such a big difference. I just had my first tightening today, and it went very quickly and smoothly. I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes, which I really appreciate because I have such a busy schedule. Julie and Dalia have both been especially amazing — so gentle, patient, and always explaining what they’re doing so I feel comfortable and informed. I’m really happy I chose this office and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering braces or orthodontic treatment!

I had the most delightful visit to the dentist today. I had gotten my braces removed. The whole process was very quick and easy. Michelle,(an absolute queen) who worked there made sure it wasn’t too painful for me. Shes is the one who put my braces on and took them off for me. Im a little sad to see my braces go, but I was handled with a great deal of care by everyone there. A very warm and inviting atmosphere.

My son went in today to get his braces installed, it took less then an hour for the entire procedure. To be honest I was quite nervous about my visit, but the team at bucktown reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. I had so many questions but Dr. Shibeika was very thorough as she went over my care plan. Diana was the best! She went over my coverage and costs and made me feel right at home. My lead assistant was very friendly and made sure to let me know what she was doing step by step throughout the entire process. I wasn’t expecting immediate treatment the day of my consultation, but overall the process was very fast. I was in and out in a jiffy!

I’ve been coming at this ortho for a while and Alexis and Hazel have been great at customer service and having patience with their customers! I truly appreciate the staff and their patience
