Wow I enjoyed my experience so much! This is my second time round having braces and let me say this is the nicest dentist office ever. The front desk coordinator really sets the tone for the atmosphere. She was so welcoming and every staff I talked to was so kind and considerate. I highly recommend Lucelys. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable the entire experience! Very glad I can now call here my new Ortho home 🙂

But to my surprise, even the imaging portion was more intricate in this office than the other clinics I have been at. I was seen by Dr. Shibeika who was the first to ever fully evaluate and educate me on my TMJ and bite. We had to redo my scans due to new findings and Chris, the technician, was extremely patient and kind throughout the whole process - always kept his energy up for me. Dr. Shibeika took her time to explain what to expect regarding my case and was so reassuring. She answered all my questions! Jessica, the treatment coordinator, also comforted me the whole process and even made sure to have all my referrals and images sent so I can the process started without me needing to do much more. ALL THIS CARE AND THE CONSULT WAS FREE! I think that speaks volumes! They are NOT at all a typical clinic who is heavily business oriented and transactional. They truly seem to care and want to help you all 🙂 Please consider getting your consult and treatment here!

Wonderful place! I took my 8 year old daughter here for an orthodontic consultation. The staff were lovely and down to earth. They explained everything in a detailed way. KK assisted us and she was awesome! My daughter usually gets shy around health care providers but KK got her laughing and joking through the whole appointment. I’m thankful to have a place she can go where she feels comfortable. My daughter asked to give KK “infinite stars”.
