Mary and all of the staff are wonderful! Free rewards program? Yes! My old ortho/dentist (he did both), gave me expanders but never gave me braces and did a horrible job and eventually referred me to Orthodontic Experts. I was really nervous about getting braces because I’ve never loved how they look, but the ladies here have been so wonderful, informative, and incredibly kind. When I first got my braces on, they actually started cheering for me, which was so sweet and really helped take the edge off which made the whole experience feel a lot less scary. It’s little things like that that make such a big difference. I just had my first tightening today, and it went very quickly and smoothly. I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes, which I really appreciate because I have such a busy schedule. Julie and Dalia have both been especially amazing — so gentle, patient, and always explaining what they’re doing so I feel comfortable and informed. I’m really happy I chose this office and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering braces or orthodontic treatment!
