Another Outstanding Doctor Has Been Added To The Orthodontic Experts Team!

Mount Prospect, Illinois – June 6th, 2022 – Orthodontic Experts, a top-rated, multi-location orthodontic clinic, loves to grow its locations and employees. With this said, Orthodontic Experts have officially added another expert to their team of doctors! Please meet the newest associate doctor, Dr. Raj Desai.

When asked why Dr. Desai chose the orthodontic field, he stated, “My orthodontic mission is to provide outstanding, patient-driven care in a community-based setting that embodies the highest ideal of service where our patients and their families feel comfortable.” By joining Orthodontic Experts, Dr. Desai is destined to make his mission for our patients a reality.

What has led Dr. Desai to the Orthodontic Experts team in Illinois? Growing up, Dr. Desai lived in Edison, New Jersey. However, his dreams were bigger than that town. To receive his bachelor’s degree, Dr. Desai traveled to and attended, New York University. There, he graduated with his B.A. in Biology. From there, he decided his next stop was Columbia University where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After that, he was off to San Diego VA Hospital; he completed his general practice residency. He then moved out to UIC where he completed a rigorous orthodontic program. Now, he is creating dream smiles with Orthodontic Experts around the Algonquin and Burbank communities for all his patients. Through his numerous courses and degrees, Dr. Desai has executed comprehensive, surgical, limited, and phase-one plans with a variety of bracket systems, and Clear Aligners, functional orthopedic devices, and soft tissue laser therapy. Both Orthodontic Experts and Dr. Desai are confident that he will bring dream smiles to all of our patients.

Did you know? Dr. Desai is the first person in his extended family who has earned a doctorate degree! He also loves spending his free time with his family and friends, visiting museums, watching movies, playing sports like tennis and basketball, and even adventuring around the city of Chicago.
