ORTHODONTIC EXPERTS IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THEIR NEW ORTHODONTIST JOINING THE FAMILY….DR. PATEL FOR JOLIET AND AURORA!

Mount Prospect, Illinois- August 7th, 2020- Orthodontic Experts, is proud to announce that the practice has added another orthodontist to the team. It is always amazing to see how much Orthodontic Experts is growing and expanding in 2020. As Dr. Yaroslav Yarmolyuk founder and President mentions, “We are very excited to have Dr. Patel join the team! As our practice keeps growing, we also grow our orthodontists. This is a great time for Dr. Patel to jump in! The entire Orthodontic Experts team is happy to have her.” Dr. Patel started in August 2020 at the Joliet and Aurora clinic’s.

Orthodontic Experts would like to share a brief history of our new orthodontist. Dr. Patel was born in India, but grew up in Arizona and California. Her ethnicity is East Indian. Besides English, she speaks Hindi and Gujarati. She lives life to the fullest. Her passion is to explore different cultures and cuisines has taken her to twenty countries so far, and she plans to cover many more. Dr. Patel also likes to try new restaurants and read books and magazines. Above all, she loves to spend time with family and friends.

Dr. Patel has an incredible eighteen- year journey driven by an immense passion for oral healthcare. She started as a certified dental assistant, then became a dental hygienist, and continued her journey to become a dentist and an orthodontist soon thereafter. Dr. Patel graduated from A.T. Still University- Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health with the degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine and Master’s in Public Health. Thereafter, she attended the same university to advance her specialty training in Orthodontics where she obtained her Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics along with a Certificate in Health Education.

Dr. Patel connects with the patients on a personal level, often building everlasting bonds and motivating them to go out into the world to make a difference. With a confident smile. As each patient is different, she thoroughly considers various treatment options for each patient and then creates the best and the most effective treatment plan to move forward with. Before commencing treatment, she explains each treatment option in detail to the patient, recommends the best option to pursue, and proceeds only after the patient is comfortable. Dr. Patel’s goal for each patient is to enhance their smile aesthetics and ultimately the quality of life.

Dr. Patel keeps up with the latest research and trends in orthodontics by participating in continuing education courses and national conferences.

She is a member of the following committees:

American Association of Orthodontics
American Dental Association

Dr. Patel cares about her patients and her care goes beyond borders. She has travelled to Africa as a dental student and served orphaned blind and albino children. As a dental hygienist, she served with Flying Samaritans in a small village called El Rosario in Mexico. Closer to home, she volunteered as a dental hygienist for many years at Central Arizona Shelter Services dental clinic for the homeless.
