Des Plaines, IL – August 28th, 2023 – Orthodontic Experts, a multi-location orthodontic clinic across three states, has always prided itself on the ability to make a difference within our patients’ lives as well as in community members’ lives. Whether it is supplying donations such as goodies for programs or school supplies to districts and schools, providing sponsorships to allow programs and events to continue running, attending community events to join in on the fun, or even educating students and community members on the importance of oral hygiene and the need for orthodontics, Orthodontic Experts is there.
One of the most unique and entertaining ways that Orthodontic Experts gives back to their communities and the programs within is through orthodontic trivia questions. With the gameshow trivia geared towards ages as young as preschool and as old as adulthood, there really is no one who can’t take advantage of our free, educational, and entertaining gameshow trivia. Filled with plenty of goody bags, participation prizes, and even placement prizes, every single OE Trivia Gameshow participant leaves with more knowledge, a beaming smile, and plenty of goodies.
For preschool ages, we offer a “gameshow” that is filled with our wonderful friend, Mr. Dino and his giant toothbrush – who needs help brushing his teeth and braces, picture-aids to help steer the conversation, and even Orthodontic Experts coloring pages. Since this age has a shorter attention-span, the gameshow takes it into consideration by shortening the time and keeping everybody in one group. This tends to be around 30 minutes to one hour
However, the ages after preschool (ranging from elementary ages into adulthood) get to experience an actual gameshow trivia. Depending on the ages of the participants, there are multiple orthodontic trivia questions to pull from. To start, though, all participants are broken into groups and given a light-up buzzer. This buzzer allows the OE team to easily keep track of scores. Then, as the MC – our Community Relations Coordinator– reads off all the questions and answer options, the teams compete against each other to answer the question correctly. At the end, places are announced and every type of prize is awarded. From there, though, the fun doesn’t end. Instead, the Orthodontic Experts team also sets up multiple games for the participants to play afterward. One of those games is then set up so that the participants can continue to win another prize – and ask our team members questions. With the inclusion of the games afterward, this tends to take about an hour and a half. However, if you would prefer only the gameshow and prizes, then that timeframe is usually about an hour.
