Thank you It was his first appointment we were excited for this new journey unfortunately it began with the lady who was going to put his braces on. I did tell them he does suffer from vestibular migraines and he can’t be positioned all the way flat because he will start getting dizzy. I was finishing signing the contract when the lady who took my son comes in saying that my son was having like a anxiety attack and not sitting and was moving to much and she wasn’t going to be able to start his braces etc.. because she mentioned she can’t be stoping something about contaminating etc.. I did get upset because I had mentioned about his condition and I know my son doesn’t ever have an anxiety attack. I feel like she didn’t even try to accommodate him in his situation. Thank you to this very lovely person name Janae H. she said don’t worry I’ll take care of him. She had the patience to accommodate my son and got his braces done. We definitely be seeing her again. Thank Janae H for making my son journey 100% better you made his day. Definitely recommend this place. They Amazing people there to accommodate your needs.

They processed our insurance quickly. (Some places don't take All insurance. They took ours!! 😉) We are getting bonded (braces put on) today. I found them online. I was impressed with them over the phone and I'm not easily swayed. Lindsey did an amazing job with our bonding. Our orthodontist checked her work. I can't say enough positive praises for this office. Oh, when you call and decide to get your services here, please give them my granddaughter name so she can get the points for referrals 😄😉.
